• Background and Status
  1. Newly setup non-profit making organisation with limited liabilities.
  2. All staff are diving professionals, experienced divers and people who are interested in the underwater world. All of them are voluntary workers.

• Objectives

  1. To operate as a netural body in the diving industry to promote underwater activites, safety and environment protection.
  2. Using information technology ang integrated personal contact to serve and link up people who are interested in the underwater activites.
  3. To provide, collect and maintain the most updated and comprehensive news and information of, both local and overseas, divers, research institute, diving equipment retailer, whole seller and manufacturer, dive sites, and travel agents.
  4. To serve as a media for bring in the new diving technology and equipment such as underwater communication system for divers, nitrox and rebreather diving, etc.
